Ashwini Thulsaram

Ashwini Thulsaram is the Principal and Head of the Governance, Business Integrity and Closures (GBIC) at 3one4 Capital.

At 3one4, Ashwini manages end-to-end deal closure processes that entail deal structuring, negotiation, closure of definitive documents, associated diligence, and valuation exercises. She also advices portfolios in relation to compliance issues taking into consideration the best practices of business at the intersection of the law.

Ashwini has the rich experience of having managed more than 70+ portfolio companies ranging from early to growth stages. She ensures that the delicate and indispensable balance between shareholder interests and the independence of the founding team members is maintained.

Prior to working at 3one4, she worked at a fintech startup in the blockchain space for 1.5 years where she managed the finance vertical. Drawing from her experience, she ensures that 3one4’s portfolio companies balance robust and resilient structures with the agility and responsiveness required in the early stage of startups.

Ashwini is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Christ University, Bangalore
