As an organisation, 3one4 Capital (“3one4”) discharges a crucial role of maintaining portfolio oversight on matters related to sound practices in business operations, finance, governance and business integrity. We are involved with the company from pre investment and our support extends up to and beyond the Firm’s exit from the company, touching upon every single link in the entire transaction chain. 3one4 Capital is able to operationalise its ESG framework across its engagement with the portfolio company and other stakeholders, leading to an effective inculcation of responsible practices into the company’s operations. These take into consideration the nature of business and the stage of business the company is involved in.
B. Engagement with the portfolio companies
3one4 is involved with the portfolio companies across the investment cycle. Each of 3one4’s members have their niche and are subject matter experts and contribute to the growth of our portfolio companies across the company’s lifecycle.
3one4 works closely with each of the portfolio company’s to assess the stage of the business. Additionally, the company’s business plan and goal and actively considered in assessing other actions that will be necessary for good practices to be adopted by the company.
