Founded in 2016, ZestIoT leverages IoT, Vision & AI, PLC, edge, and cloud computing technologies to enhance productivity, manage resources, inspect quality, and ensure safety and security. Through their platform, GroundRadar, ZestIoT digitises and automates the aviation industry's last mile operations to facilitate collaboration between airlines, airports, and handlers to expedite aircraft turnaround time. They have notable clients including Indigo, Bengaluru International Airport, Air India, and Bharat Petroleum, among others.

ZestIoT currently oversees more than 600 flights, 600 equipment, and 9,000 personnel daily. Additionally, their NoCodeAI platform empowers the manufacturing and oil and gas sectors to improve the safety and security of their daily operations.

Amit Sukhija, Founder & CEO, ZestIoT, said, "With the help of advancements in sensors, edge computing, and various communication technologies, we foresee a new wave of innovative use cases being developed by our customers using our platform. This new investment will accelerate our mission to empower the aviation ecosystem with last-mile digitization and automation, delivering multiple use cases to airports, airlines, and handlers based on their individual journey of digitisation.”

Looking ahead, ZestIoT will intensify its focus on deep tech AI-powered automation, expand the talent pool, scale internationally, and prioritise customer success.

At 3one4 Capital, we are thrilled for ZestIoT on their latest milestone and excited to see them scale their efforts to bring last-mile digitisation and automation to the aviation ecosystem.
